Denied, due to January 6?
An estimated 6,000 persons were pardoned in December 2024 and January 2025, including approximately 1,500 persons related to the events at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021. The logistics of a presidential pardon vis-a-vis Second Amendment rights is a new discussion topic. Here are some of the considerations for me, as an attorney, whose phone is ringing with exactly this question.
