Let’s work together.

Literally.

Law Internship

  • 4 months (approx. 200 hours)

  • unpaid mentorship/training opportunity

  • 3L, recent graduates invited to apply

  • bar admission not required

  • excellent citation skills required

Are you available and interested in working on two projects within a major federal civil rights case focused upon the Second Amendment in relationship to licensed dealers in firearms? Our case, now entering its third year, is ready for a third year law student or recent graduate to get hands on during a comprehensive indexing of authorities and positions of an extensive case record. Bar admission is not required. Law review experience would be helpful. Excellent citations per the Blue Book is a necessity. The position is remote. References will be required. At this time, unfortunately, this is being posted as an unpaid position. If academic credit is available, I will work with the intern to meet those (generally) oversight, evaluation, and submission requirements. An excellent opportunity for exposure to a vibrant, emerging field of law.  I am a solo practitioner with more than 30 years of litigation experience in federal and New York state and county courts.
