Seminar description. We’ll spend three hours in a small classroom setting, limited to 35 people, to walk through “the what” of NY General Business Law section 875. This new law hit in 2022 with more than 30 compliance mandates and no support structure from the State. Let’s walk through a basic understanding of what’s on that NYSP periodic premises “Checklist,” so that you can make the decisions you need to make about day-to-day operations.
