The “Statement of Material Facts” was submitted in Gazzola v. Hochul in support of plaintiffs’ partial motion for summary judgment. It recites the facts, bills, laws, and documents in support of a request all regulations not yet issued since the 2022 regulatory deadlines be prohibited from being released more than two years later, and to enjoin the NYS Police, the DCJS, and the NY OAG from enforcement of such provisions.
